A-1 Hunting and Shooting Supply offers discount Firearms, Rifles, Revolvers, Pistols, Shotguns, Scopes, Optics, Knives, Reloading Supplies, Ammo, Gun Accessories, Holsters, Crossbows, Compound Bows, Muzzleloaders, Tactical Gear, Target Throwers, Cases, Bags, Tents, Sleeping Bags, Hunting Supplies, Shooting Supplies, Airguns, Fishfinders and many other Hunting, Shooting, Fishing and Camping products. If you can't find the product you are looking for use the Contact Us form and let us know. We have access to over 10,000 products not listed on the site.

Privacy
All ordering and credit card information is sent encrypted to our secure servers using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). All personal information collected will be kept confidential. We do not disclose customer information to third party companies. All your personal information is used for order processing, order confirmations, shipping confirmations, and some follow up e-mails.

Sales Tax
State tax is applied to all product shipped to Texas. Out of state customers are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes for their state (if applicable).

Return/Exchange policy
Items in 'NEW' condition may be returned for exchange or credit. For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep your invoice! If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

• Return in original packaging (in NEW condition).

• Return to us within (10) days.

• Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise.

• Enclose a brief letter of explanation.

• Merchandise returned for exchange will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.

• Merchandise returned for refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee - $5.00 minimum.

• All returns must be prepaid.

• No COD’s accepted.

• If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly. All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.

• If you have any questions concerning an exchange/refund please contact us immediately.

We are unable to process returns on ammunition due to liability and safety issues.

Warranties
A-1 Hunting and Shooting Supply does not warranty the merchandise we sell. All warranties, either stated or implied, are the sole responsibility of the product's manufacturer. Because manufacturer's warranties vary from item to item, please refer to the documentation that accompanies your purchase for warranty details.

Typographical Errors
We make every attempt to be sure that the information provided is accurate and correct, but occasionally an error may occur. We are not liable for any product informational typographical errors on the website. If you find an error on the website please report it to us for immediate correction. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Buying Guns Online
A-1 Hunting and Shooting Supply sells firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws. We can ship a firearm to any Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL Dealer) within the United States to handle the ownership transfer. You do not need to search for a FFL dealer to receive your firearm. We present you with a list of local dealers ready to accept your firearm. Most dealers charge a nominal fee ($20-$45) for the ownership transfer service.

Restricted Items
A-1 Hunting and Shooting Supply cannot possibly be aware of and interpret all of the city, county, state and federal restrictions for the large assortment of products that we offer. With this in mind we do not warrant that you may legally purchase, resell, own, or use all of the products offered by us. Many cities, counties and states prohibit certain products and it is your responsibility to be in compliance with all laws regarding these products. Products of issue include, but are not limited to Ammunition, High Capacity Magazines, Knives, Stun Guns, Pepper Spray, and Airguns. When you place an order with us for products that may have restrictions, you warrant to us that you are a legal adult without legal restrictions and are in compliance with all local city, county, state and federal laws.
